Last Friday, I condemned the assault on Seriki Fulani' s house by an angry mob. I' d like to say that the abduction, banditry, and killings that are taking place in Oyo are alarming, I condemned the actions. However, the ultimatum issued by Chief Sunday Igboho to the Fulani people doesn' t sit well with me. While we must find a permanent solution to the crimes being committed in the area, we should go after the criminals and not their tribes. Sending Fulani out of Yoruba land is not the solution to the problems, it will only create more problems...
